These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://3mn.app) and the purchase of our trading strategies, including GTI Pro and GTI Breakout (collectively, the "Product" or "GTI Indicator"). By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase the Product.

1. General Information

The Product is owned and provided by Thirdmillennium ("we", "us", or "Seller"), operating as Third Millennium Neural Networks Ltd.

This website provides educational trading tools, indicators, and strategies for informational purposes only. The GTI Indicator is a trend-following system designed to assist users in analyzing market trends on TradingView, including assets such as indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

2. Product Usage

The Product is designed to help traders identify trends, generate buy/sell signals, and manage risk through features like volatility-adjusted stops and automated alerts.

It does not guarantee profits, predict future market movements with certainty, or serve as a complete trading system. Trading involves significant risk of loss.

The Product is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reselling, sharing access credentials, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for ensuring the Product (a TradingView-based strategy/script) is compatible with your TradingView account and setup before purchase.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Shopify/PayPal/Stripe).

Due to the digital nature of the Product and immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, refunds are limited. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee as advertised, subject to the conditions below:

- Refunds are available only if requested within 15 days of purchase and before substantial access/use of the proprietary components.

- Once you have accessed key elements (e.g., downloaded/installed the indicator, viewed detailed methodology, received setup instructions, joined the private Discord community, or accessed proprietary documentation/backtests), the purchase becomes final .

- Pre-purchase, you had access to demo videos, historical performance information, and other details to evaluate the Product.

- Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion for:

- Technical issues preventing access (reported within 48 hours of purchase).

- Unauthorized/fraudulent purchases.

- Purchases made in error before completing onboarding or accessing the Product.

- Initiating a charge-back after accessing the Product may be considered a breach of these Terms and could result in recovery actions.

All other sales are final.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Past performance (including any backtest results shown) does not guarantee future results. No representation is made that using the GTI Indicator will achieve profits or avoid losses.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and any financial outcomes. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from use (or misuse) of the Product.

Consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and within the Product—including but not limited to:

- Trading system methodology

- Signal generation algorithms and logic

- Risk management frameworks

- Proprietary indicators, scripts, and analysis tools

- Text, images, videos, back-test data, and branding

—is the exclusive intellectual property of Thirdmillennium.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Product or website content without our prior written permission.

Access to the Product grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible or liable for:

- Technical issues, TradingView platform changes/restrictions, internet disruptions, or compatibility problems.

- Any financial losses, opportunity costs, or other damages arising from use of the Product.

- Errors in signals, back-tests, or documentation.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the Product.

7. Community & Support

Access to the private Discord community (if included with your purchase) is a privilege tied to your valid license. Misuse may result in removal without refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
